Delete your AskBody account

AskBody is an app by Lamarrbits LLC. This page explains how to delete your account and your data.

From the app

You need an internet connection. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.

If you only want to delete your log sheets and keep your account, use "Delete everything" in Settings, under "Your data".

Your account: your email, your Google or password sign-in and two-factor authentication.
Your cloud copy: log sheets, calibrations, "The test isn't responding" checks, profile, course progress and recovery codes.
The assistant usage counter and any messages you reported.
Your customer record at RevenueCat (the service that confirms your subscription).
On your phone: log sheets, progress, profile, profile photo, your conversation with the assistant and the assistant permissions.

On your phone, only the phone's own settings stay (color, theme and reminders).

Billing data for your purchases and internal sales notices (email, plan and price): for as long as the law requires.
Google Play keeps its own purchase history under its policies.
Crash reports are technical (they do not contain your log sheets) and are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Google Play, under "Payments & subscriptions".
